Tre was established in 2006 by Bruce and Mindy Duncan. They shared a vision to see social enterprises and innovative nonprofits develop with excellence. Together they have over fifteen years of experience in: program and organizational development, project management, strategy, and financial management, as well as ongoing working relationships in the US, UK, and across Europe.

Tre's goal is to assist innovators with every aspect of their vision. They achieve this through mutual partnerships with other experts in the fields of: Advertising and Marketing, Law, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Green Business, Investment and Banking, and Technology.

Mindy Duncan

Mindy has been working in non-profit social service organizations for over ten years, in progressively more complex management positions. Her previous role as an Executive Director of a non-profit organization allowed her to participate in every aspect of organizational and board development, funding development, and strategic planning.
